Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection activities as assigned.
- Identify nonconformity (NC) products and initiate NC reporting.
- Authorize dispatch of conforming products.
- Data entry (Measurement results).
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Min GCE O level and above/Vocational training or certification in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- Experience with a variety of inspection tools (eg. microscope, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Understanding of inspection techniques and tools
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Certifications like CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), CQI (Certified Quality Inspector), or similar certifications can be advantageous
- Relevant experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
- Experience in manufacturing industry
