Responsibilities:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of food safety and quality management systems (HACCP and ISO 22000) across the Central Kitchen and retail outlets, both locally and overseas
Conduct training for staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene standards, and proper food handling practices
Assist in quality assurance testing programmes and support new product development initiatives
Carry out routine inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Investigate and follow up on feedback and complaints from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen
Ensure strict adherence to established SOPs across all operational sites
Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance and corrective actions related to food safety and QA matters
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant QA experience in the F&B industry is preferred
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to meet operational requirements
Self-driven, highly attentive to detail, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
