Job Scope
. Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
. Handle QA documentation control (SOPs, manuals, reports)
. Ensure compliance with GMP / PIC/S / ICH / ASEAN / FDA guidelines
. Manage change control, deviations, CAPA and investigations
. Handle customer complaints, product recalls, and returns
. Support validation, stability programs, and packaging artwork review

Requirements
Min. Degree in Pharmaceutical Science / Engineering / related field
Min 2 years QA experience in pharma / manufacturing / medical devices
Knowledge of QMS, cGMP, audits, CAPA, and validation
