We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our food production team.
Job Scope
. Manage and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC systems
. Conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections across production processes
. Maintain accurate documentation (CCP logs, traceability records, batch records)
. Ensure full compliance with SFA regulations, Halal requirements, and food safety standards
. Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
. Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent product quality
Requirements
. Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
. Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen environment
. Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, Halal, and SFA compliance requirements
. Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese
. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
