Industry: Food & Beverage / Central Kitchen Operations
Assist in the implementation and management of food safety and quality assurance programmes (HACCP & ISO 22000) across Central Kitchen and outlets (local & overseas)
Conduct staff training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices
Support QA testing programmes and new product development (NPD) initiatives
Carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Investigate and follow up on feedback from customers, outlets, and Central Kitchen
Ensure all SOPs and QA standards are consistently adhered to
Liaise with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters related to food safety and QA requirements
Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related field
Preferably 3 years of QA experience in the F&B or food manufacturing industry
Able to write and communicate effectively in both English and Chinese due to operational needs
