We are seeking a highly proficient QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca automation. You will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca's model-based test automation approach for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Create reusable, modular test components and assemble test cases for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop and enhance test plans and cases that reflect both automated and manual testing needs.
- Execute automation suites, analyze results, log defects, and re-test to confirm resolution.
- Use test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc., for managing test cases, execution, and reporting.
- Track and report testing metrics, drive continuous improvements to testing processes, and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of experience working with Tricentis Tosca or similar test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and other automation platforms (e.g., Selenium).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Preferred: Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
