Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer quality claims and drive effective Corrective & Preventive Actions, including verifying action effectiveness and supporting crosssite closure.
Lead or participate in MRB to ensure only conforming products are shipped.
Maintain SAP/QM systems, including Quality Notifications.
Conduct qualityrelated trainings (e.g., QMS, FMEA, SPC) and support implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, QFD, SPC and Edit Notes.
Prepare and report quality data, including process/product capability and Cpk monitoring to meet internal and customer requirements.
Work with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of CofC and compliance with customer requirements.
Perform internal audits, support customer audits, and monitor quality performance against goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support documentation such as procedures, training materials, and SPC manuals.
Perform other adhoc assignments as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, B. Sc (Physics or Chemistry)
2 - 5 years in QA, experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
Critical thinking skills
Knowledge in use of quality tools - FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience advantage
High level of PC skills - excel, word & powerpoint.
