Perform in-process and final product inspections according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, CMM, height gauges, and scopes.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed QC records in compliance with ISO standards.
Identify non-conforming products, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D problem-solving.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of measuring and test equipment.
Support and participate in internal quality audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure quality objectives and customer requirements are met.
Promote and implement 5S practices to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of QC or QA experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor sector.
Hands-on experience with ISO quality systems, 5S workplace organization, and structured problem-solving (8D methodology).
Proficient in the use of quality control tools and equipment (CMM, height gauges, scopes, micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Strong knowledge in interpreting technical drawings, GD&T, and product specifications.
Excellent analytical, observation, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
