- Oversee the complete QA and QC lifecycle, including equipment buy-offs (IBO/CBO) and managing internal and external corrective action requests (CARs) to ensure timely resolution.
- Review, update, and optimize QA processes, systems, and workflows, leading continuous improvement initiatives to exceed standard compliance.
- Drive supplier quality management, including audits, qualification, and re-certification of existing and new vendors to support supply chain development.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly QA reports, providing actionable insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in metrology tools (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height & Depth Gauges, Profile Projectors, Gauge Blocks, Smart Scope) and skilled in training others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including 8D methodology, FMEA, and QC data analysis, with a focus on documentation and compliance.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of leading quality improvement initiatives and collaborating effectively across functions.
