What You'll Do:
- Lead QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
- Manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and deliver timely solutions.
- Conduct supplier audits and support vendor qualification/re-certification.
- Improve QA processes, workflows, and drive continuous quality initiatives.
- Prepare clear, actionable QA reports for leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on with metrology tools: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope.
- Skilled in problem-solving (8D, FMEA, QC analysis).
- Detail-oriented, documentation-focused, and a proactive team player.
