Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain Quality Management System that meet ISO9001/14001/13485/16949 and other regulatory requirement as determined by the management.
- Ensure all measuring equipment's calibration as per interval frequency and meet the standard requirement.
- Determine inspection critical points based on customer's drawing & product spec for new project.
- Resolves quality assurance issues with CPAR and root cause analysis
- Conduct employee training and performance appraisal process
- Communicate the plant's quality performance to plant associates and management on a regular basis.
- Manage nonconformities including: Review in-process quality failures and determine the disposition of nonconforming materials, correspond with customers and suppliers to resolve problems
- Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation
- Involved in activities such as providing support to UL related issue, Environmental declaration and RoHS document control.
- Conduct regular QMS brief to raise awareness.
- Ensure changes implemented on production areas are properly management to prevent potential adverse impact to operations.

- Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving methodology.
- Must be familiar with ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & ISO13485 & IATF16949
- Strong interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical and resourceful.
- A team player and able to work independently under tight schedule.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a high pressured, fast moving environment.
- Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to serve internal and external customers
Experience, Qualification & Education Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management/ Engineering/ Manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance & ISO System.
