QA Engineer, Global Fintech / Investment Tech Platform (Singapore)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join a fast-growing technology-driven investment solutions firm. The role focuses on advancing a web-based private equity management platform, ensuring best-in-class quality through both automated and manual testing. You will work closely with developers, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end regression testing for web applications across multiple environments.
• Conduct manual exploratory testing when automation is insufficient or when unique cases arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and execute automated tests for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, investigate test failures, and ensure confidence in releases.
• Document frameworks, tools, and processes to support team knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience testing complex web-based applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and platforms (Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of Git/version control and Agile methodologies.
• Self-driven, accountable, and able to take ownership of deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
