Job Description:

• Oversee incoming quality inspections and analyse supplier performance, identifying trends and driving quality improvements

• Monitor product quality from incoming to outgoing stages using SPC and ensure compliance with customer requirements

• Manage and maintain QA documentation in compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems

• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams/departments to address interdepartmental quality-related issues

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of QA data and records in accordance with established procedures

• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions

• Support customer enquiries by preparing and coordinating quality-related documentation

• Prepare and review quality documentation (e.g., COA, reports) in accordance with approved procedures and customer requirements

• Participate in customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation

• Coordinate evaluation/ad-hoc samples sampling activities and analyse data to support quality decisions and reporting

• Plan and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance

• Conduct risk assessments/FMEA/training and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote and participate in quality/EHS related programs conducted by the company

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical or science discipline.

• At least 2 years (for Degree) / 5 years (for Diploma) of relevant working experience

• Good working knowledge of quality control standards and statistical analysis skills

• Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally and good interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
