JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Be able to do 8D reports arising from the customers complaints.
2. Issue and provide COC to the customers.
3. Co-ordinate customers audits or site visits for customer qualification or quality issues.
4. Able to manage and facilitate company's ISO9001-2015 systems and reporting.
5. Communicate and provide customer service to potential and existing customers.
REQUIREMENT :
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Prefer minimum 2 years working experience in electronic industry.
- Proactive and great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service skills.
