We are seeking a Quality Engineer to design and implement test automation frameworks for ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), and App Engine applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality ServiceNow implementations through automated testing, integration validation, and performance testing.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for ServiceNow applications.
Design end-to-end automated test cases covering workflows, APIs, integrations, and UI.
Perform integration, API, and performance testing for ServiceNow systems.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies and quality standards.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
Monitor test results, identify defects, and drive quality improvements.
4-7 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation (7+ years for senior roles).
Strong experience with test automation tools such as Playwright.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM / PSDS / App Engine.
Experience with API testing, system integrations, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA or similar) are a plus.
