QA Engineer (Automation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to design and implement test automation frameworks for ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), and App Engine applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality ServiceNow implementations through automated testing, integration validation, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for ServiceNow applications.

• Design end-to-end automated test cases covering workflows, APIs, integrations, and UI.

• Perform integration, API, and performance testing for ServiceNow systems.

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies and quality standards.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.

• Monitor test results, identify defects, and drive quality improvements.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation (7+ years for senior roles).

• Strong experience with test automation tools such as Playwright.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, particularly CSM / PSDS / App Engine.

• Experience with API testing, system integrations, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or similar) are a plus.
