QA Automation Tester

We're hiring a QA Automation Tester on behalf of our client, a leading company in the technology and digital services industry. In this role, you'll design and maintain Playwright automation scripts, build and enhance frameworks, contribute to test strategy, and collaborate closely with Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure strong automation coverage, stability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test scripts usingPlaywright.
• Architect and enhance automation frameworks tailored to project needs and industry best practices
• Participate actively inAgile ceremoniesincluding sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements and user stories into effective test solutions
• Conduct requirement analysis and contribute to defining test strategy and automation roadmap
• Provide clear, consistent updates while managing client and stakeholder expectations effectively
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure comprehensive automation coverage, framework stability, and continuous improvement of test assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools, particularlyPlaywright
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks
• Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand collaborative delivery models
• Demonstrated ability in client and stakeholder management
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and user story comprehension
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly across teams
