QA Automation Tester

Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and user stories.
Conduct comprehensive testing under both functional and non-functional scopes. Review, develop, and align test plans, test cases/data, scenarios, and strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Execute manual and automated testing utilising Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent tools, including preparation of relevant test data as required.
Create and maintain automated test scripts.
Participate in, support, and review functionality and technical testing, including performance, security, interface integration, and usability assessments.

Required Skills & Experience Having certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst is seen as an additional advantage. Practical experience with application support and maintenance for government public services is desirable. It is advantageous to have experience with:

i. Automated testing tools like Tricentis TOSCA or comparable alternatives and
ii. Performing tests for government public service applications.
