Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the QA team to ensure efficient execution of testing activities and high-quality deliverables.
  • QA Strategy: Develop and implement robust quality assurance strategies, processes, and frameworks for technology solutions.
  • Test Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Quality Delivery: Ensure the delivery of reliable, defect-free software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, QA best practices, and emerging tools to continuously enhance testing processes.
