Conduct daily on-site inspections, personal hygiene checks, product checking, and sample retention
Detect any non-conformance and rectify it immediately
Liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow up e.g. pest control, cleaning chemicals, weighing scale, microbiological laboratory.
Involve in the investigation of product / process non-compliance, provide report and follow-up on proposed corrective and preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.
Follow up with supplier non conformance and monitor to prevent recurrence.
Follow and assist in lab test sample schedule
Assists in ISO 22000:2018 manual update and implementation of operations
Assists in checking records, documents, and files
Attend internal and external audits
Follow and enhance developed SOPs
Assists in developing food safety training materials and assessment plan
Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Food Science / Technology
At least 1 year working experience in Food Manufacturing or F&B industry
Possess knowledge in SFA regulation, ISO 22000 and Halal certification
