QA Assistant Manager

• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 830am - 530pm [sometime will have OT]
• Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise QAQC personnel and departmental operations.
• Maintain QAQC manuals, procedures, forms and process flow diagrams.
• Manage certification renewals (FSSC, Healthier Choice, Vegan and other relevant certifications).
• Conduct GMP internal audits, management reviews and follow up on audit findings.
• Oversee non-conforming goods, product label approvals and export documentation.
• Handle export health certificates, registration and technical requirements.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budget and staff timesheets.
• Represent QAQC in operational meetings and certification/authority audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Certification in Food Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2- 3 years of leadership experience
• FSSC Certification and Food Safety Certification level 3 is a must
• Need to understand HACCP awareness
