Role Description

Support the quality, reliability, and effective use of software applications and technical solutions. QA Analysts review requirements, develop test cases, document defects, and verify fixes. Test Engineers design and execute manual or automated tests, maintain test environments, and assess functional, integration, and performance results. Application Engineers configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and support applications to meet user or customer requirements. Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, document solutions, and support releases.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in software testing, quality assurance, application support, or technical implementation.
Understanding of software development processes, requirements analysis, and defect tracking.
For QA Analyst roles, experience preparing test cases, validating results, and documenting issues clearly.
For Test Engineer roles, familiarity with test automation, scripting, API testing, and relevant testing tools.
For Application Engineer roles, experience in application configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, version control, or programming languages relevant to the role is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities, maintain technical documentation, and meet testing or implementation deadlines.
