As a Low-Code Engineer, you will need to:
- Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, or similar tools
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
As a Low-Code Engineer, you need to have:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms
- Experience working in agile teams - TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, Continuous Integration
- Proven experience in developing and deploying applications with minimal coding
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent
- communication and interpersonal skills.
Optional Desirable Skill(s)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines
- Relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms..
- Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing Low-code product and features, including but not limited to rules engine, workflow, processes logics, data validations screen flows and page layouts with products such as Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Appian, ServiceNow, Sharepoint Online, Dynamics 365
