Python Backend Engineer

Paribus is hiring Full-Stack Python Engineers in India to help build the future of AI-powered legal technology. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams across the US and India to develop intelligent backend systems that streamline workflows for personal injury firms. From automating medical document review to powering case insights, your work will directly impact how law firms deliver better outcomes for their clients—faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global engineering team to design, build, and maintain backend systems powering the AI-driven medicolegal platform
• Develop and optimize Python-based services that process and analyze complex legal and medical documents
• Work closely with founders and tech leads to understand user needs, prioritize features, and drive core platform improvements
• Integrate third-party APIs and build internal APIs to support case workflows, data pipelines, and AI models
• Use data and user feedback to refine system performance and guide product decisions
• Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and best practices in a fast-paced startup environment

Work Experience

• Experience building production-grade systems with focus on scalability and performance
• Experience with high-throughput APIs and document processing pipelines
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Full-stack development experience

Degree

• Bachelor's degree

Colleges

• Tier 1 university or equivalent experience at top-tier technology company or startup
