Role Overview:
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency within managed services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python
- Automate monitoring, deployment, and reporting processes
- Integrate Python scripts with monitoring tools (OEM/Splunk/Geneos)
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Python development
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience working in production support or managed services
- Knowledge of REST APIs and basic DevOps practices
