Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to procure raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables that meet production and business requirements
- Lead supplier evaluation and negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing, high quality, and reliable supply
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with operational needs and business objectives
- Drive the implementation of e-procurement platforms to enhance user experience and increase procurement productivity
- Maintain accurate vendor price lists, contracts, and procurement records to ensure compliance and transparency
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and resolve supply chain issues to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement spend
- Manage procurement activities independently across multiple outlets and departments, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years purchasing experience in club, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
