Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process the purchase requisition raised by Requestor with the release of purchase order to suppliers
  • Update the Delivery status thru email and Promise Date in ERP system.
  • Monitor and assist in Expediting with suppliers.
  • Perform Store receiving GRN and Materials Issuing to Production / requestor within the Group
  • Do stock picking based on Job Pick list given by planner.
  • Assist in Periodic Physical stock counts and inventory cycle count

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE O/N/A level, Nitec Certification or Diploma
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant Purchasing & Logistics background preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
