Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor creditors accounts while addressing any related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate filing and documentation of records.
  • Follow up on invoices and purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely processing.
  • Source and evaluate new vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to manage incoming stock and orders.
  • Assess and appoint service vendors in alignment with company procedures and policiesMaintain up-to-date costing data and a list of approved vendors.
  • Process and manage purchase orders to streamline procurement activities.
  • Retrieve and resend invoices, credit notes, and statements, collaborating closely with various departments.
  • Understand and enforce SOPs to ensure consistent and effective operations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve day-to-day operational issues and uphold product/service standards.
  • Update and maintain purchase order files and supplier documentation.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma in relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various duties efficiently.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
