To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Central Purchasing Unit.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to: -

• Coordinate all administrative matters within the department and other departments on purchases.
• Check and ensure that all PRs are in proper order as per Hotel's SOP.
• Call for tender, obtain competitive quotations and source for new products for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and prices for all products.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least one year experience in Hotel Purchasing.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing and good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Possess good communication, negotiation and analytical and interpersonal skills.
• A great team player.
• Able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous.
