The Engineering Division conducts research and provides engineering services to the whole of DSO in the areas of digital and mixed- signal electronics/microelectronics, radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic interference (EMI)/electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), antennas, as well as mechanical and thermal engineering.

Purchasing Executive
In This Role, You Will
- Source for COTS parts and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, in meeting operational needs.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and track the status of orders and resolve any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process.
- Maintain records and follow up file of purchase, shipments, and related matters.
Job Requirements
- NITEC/Diploma in Electronics/Purchasing/RF Communication
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in Electronics/Mechanical Parts and Components
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive in Electronics Industry or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
