PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

• Issue purchase order to supplier and sub-contractor.
• . Update purchase order balance.
• . Provide forecast to supplier or sub-contractor.
• . Update store on daily supplier or sub-contractor incoming parts
• . Update weekly Mot schedule sharing for purchase planning.
• . Check P2 & store weekly stock for purchase planning & follow up.
• . Provide weekly inventory to Sales department for HP project parts.
• . Follow up supplier or sub-contractor shipment expedite schedule, delay schedule etc.
• . Follow up on rejected parts from supplier.
• . Update SAP system for all transaction on raw parts and check monthly stock balance - physical versus system update.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management with 1 year relevant experience or O level with 3 years of relevant experience
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with order processing, SAP system and IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel
