Job Description

  • Purchasing Assistant / Buyer
  • 5 Days per week
  • SG Office: Jurong East - Tradehub 21
  • Basic Salary: $2,400 - $3,500 + 14 Days AL + $500 Medical Benefits + Performance Bonus

Company is Solutions provider of Surveillance system for checkpoint, car park and airport .

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in administrative, customer support or logistics shipping related duties.
  • Some experience with purchasing duty is welcome to apply, training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Prepare, verify, and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in items, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, liaise regarding orders, and resolve issues with defective or incorrect supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain purchasing databases, update records, and assist with data collection, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, track shipment statuses, and coordinate with warehouses for receiving goods.
  • Research potential suppliers, compare quotes, and analyze costs to support procurement decisions.
