Job Description

Responsibilities

. Manage Procure to Pay process for both direct materials, indirect materials and services in accordance to company policy and procedures

. Review and establish short and long terms contracts, issue spot purchase orders

. Maintain and upload contracts in the Contact Portal

. Setups and maintain internal / external catalogues items.

. Analyze market directions, supplier positions, outlook, risk, opportunities, for achieving reliable services and supply at lowest cost.

. Initiate contracting strategies to drive synergies and deliver savings and value creation.

. Analyze quotation prices, set up contracts, issue purchase orders, review and evaluate supplier performance with end users.

. Identifying and classifying fast moving items and establish a long-term contract.

. Maintain communications with end users on their request and demands and also upcoming projects with a view to resolve any issue and schedule meetings to establish personal business relationship.

. Maintain business relationship with suppliers, intervene to resolve contractors / suppliers issues to minimize business disruptions and impact

. Coordinate with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies between supplier in a timely and quality manner.

. Optimize overall cost position and realize savings in procurement portfolio and vendor based on trends, benchmarking, analysis and negotiations

. Achieve targeted savings and value creations

. Participate in cross functional meetings

Skills/Requirement

. Knowledge of sourcing and purchasing activities

. Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills

. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

. Good cultural awareness

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP MM Module, Ariba

. Good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills.
