Job Description
Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for equipment, materials, and services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Assess and select suppliers based on quality standards, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.
Manage procurement processes, including the creation, matching, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions in SAP.
Review, coordinate, and follow up on tender submissions, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business / Logistics.
Preferably with purchasing system experience.
Min. 2 years of procurement experience preferred.
Experienced in sourcing processes, price negotiation, and handling overseas shipments.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.
Able to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
