Job Description

  • Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for equipment, materials, and services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

  • Assess and select suppliers based on quality standards, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.

  • Manage procurement processes, including the creation, matching, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions in SAP.

  • Review, coordinate, and follow up on tender submissions, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business / Logistics.

  • Preferably with purchasing system experience.

  • Min. 2 years of procurement experience preferred.

  • Experienced in sourcing processes, price negotiation, and handling overseas shipments.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.

  • Able to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
