Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase/sales activities.
  • Contact suppliers/shops for data collection and coordination
  • Key in purchase request & documents in ERP/SAP system.
  • Maintain purchase records and store items.
  • Bills/Financial documents filing.
  • Assist in other HR and admin functions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Experience in Marine- Steel/piping repair companies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
  • Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working days: 5 days
