Job Description

  • Office Equipment Supplier
  • Basic up to $2,800
  • 5 Days 9.00am - 6.30pm
  • Walking distance from MRT Bright Hill

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders, monitor stock levels, and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Check supplier invoices for accuracy and maintain purchase and pending reports.
  • Update purchase breakdowns, coordinate purchasing activities, and manage vendor relations.
  • Negotiate agreements with suppliers and maintain updated pricelists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Procurement or related fields.
  • Knowledge of office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel) and knowledge of the Navision system would be an advantage.
  • Bilingual on English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking client
