Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Purchasing Administrator!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Purchasing Department as a Purchasing Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the procurement process, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. If you're passionate about administrative tasks, organizing procurement processes, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and monitoring supplier accounts and resolving any related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Process and follow up on purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with the sales and operations teams to manage incoming stock and ensure inventory needs are met.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor contracts, and related documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help track orders and deliveries to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports related to purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties and assist with other projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma in Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or purchasing role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
