Purchaser

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials or spare parts based on procurement needs.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Verify purchase and delivery orders for accuracy in items, quantity, and cost.
• Issue invoice, quotation and purchase order.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of office and pantry supplies.
• Support the purchasing team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Have related experience in purchasing role, particularly in construction field preferred
• Able to work well in a team
• Detail oriented and able to negotiate with supplier
