- Support the Purchasing Executive in the full procurement cycle, including order placement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, compile necessary documentation, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement workflows.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling procurement-related inquiries.
- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
