Job Responsibilities
- Prepare costing, price comparison, and support tender/quotation for furniture and fit-out projects.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure pricing aligns with project budget and margin requirements.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Follow up on supplier orders, shipment arrangements, and delivery timelines.
- Arrange shipments and coordinate with logistics parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and monitor stock inventory, including tracking incoming and outgoing items.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, stock, and supplier information in ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Support basic tracking and reporting using Excel.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, costing, or logistics coordination.
- Experience in quotation comparison, PO processing, and shipment coordination.
- Basic understanding of inventory/stock management.
- Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible, detail-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
