Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Public Sector Project Officer / PMO Assistant based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The role involves supporting project management activities, conducting in-depth research, and analyzing public policy. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, manage relationships, assist in the development and implementation of project plans, and ensure smooth workflow coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring project deliverables
- Proficiency in research and the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present information effectively
- Knowledge of public policy and the ability to support policy development and implementation initiatives
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with public sector operations and challenges is a plus
