Job Description

  • Partner closely with crossfunctional teams - including Marketing and Brand departments - to support overall Public Relations and brand goals. This includes liaising with colleagues in Singapore as well as corporate teams in SEA and Korea to manage reviews, approvals, and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute holistic communication plans that elevate brand visibility and strengthen audience engagement, leveraging various channels such as earned and paid media, social content strategies, influencer partnerships, celebrity collaborations, and storytelling campaigns.
  • Localize global communication frameworks and campaign concepts to fit market needs, ensuring strategies reflect regional trends and business priorities. Provide market insights to global counterparts to help guide focus areas.
  • Oversee media relations and influencer engagement, working with agencies to connect with journalists, influencers, and talent. Maintain updated databases of media contacts and influencer partners for different markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, trade, and consumer media to secure consistent organic coverage.
  • Prepare, refine, and review written communication materials, including press releases, media announcements, and other marketing copy as required.
  • Support content creation by editing or drafting a variety of materials such as social media posts, press communications, event invitations, and more.
  • Plan and manage local Public Relations events tied to new product launches or collection unveilings. Coordinate media outreach, logistics, and execution with external vendors and agency partners.
  • Oversee the daytoday collaboration with agencies, ensuring quality deliverables and high performance across markets.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting that demonstrates campaign impact and return on investment.
  • Monitor budgets to ensure timely, effective, and strategic use of financial resources.
  • Manage sample inventory for the eyewear category, including tracking sample movement and coordinating timely orders and shipments for different markets

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Public Relations Specialist Should Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Brand roles, supported by a relevant diploma or degree.
  • Professional experience within luxury, fashion, or FMCG environments, with a strong foundation in Public Relations or communications. Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and luxury trends, and stays informed on evolving media and consumer behaviours.
  • Familiarity with the eyewear sector, or prior work with Public Relations, influencer, or creative agencies is considered an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to plan, roll out, and adapt global Public Relations campaigns to suit local market nuances.
  • Handson experience collaborating with influencers and talents, along with a solid understanding of major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Exposure to broader marketing and digital initiatives is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working across countries and acting as a connector between commercial teams, marketing functions, and global headquarters.
  • Brings a global perspective and cultural awareness, enabling smooth communication and coordination with regional and international stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive, with strong criticalthinking and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Basic understanding of Adobe applications or design software is a plus.
