Job Description

The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing the company's public image and communications. The role includes handling media relations, preparing corporate communication materials, and supporting reputation management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements

• Liaise with media, stakeholders, and external parties on public communications

• Coordinate media interviews, events, and public engagements

• Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all public channels

• Handle public enquiries and support crisis or issue management when required

• Maintain media coverage records and prepare basic reports

Requirements

• Relevant experience in public relations or corporate communications preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
