Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders and various Statutory Boards, Government Departments in the form of emails, letters, phone calls and face to face meet up.
- Conduct proper public relations works to engage and seek permission from JTC stakeholders for site occupation and site entry for the proposed work.
- Notifying stakeholders and coordinating for pre-construction surveys and inspections.
- Handle verbal/written and record feedbacks from public and stakeholders, subsequently follow up on the feedback until case closure.
- Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.
- Proactively initiate and take charge all public relations engagement and outreach activities
- Prepare weekly management minutes and monthly report.
- Manning of 24-hour Project Hotline
- Other ad hoc duties and site office administration work as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working experience of Public Relation Officer
- Minimum O levels or equivalent
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and key stakeholders.
- Able to join in short notice
