Job description
. Roll out public relation programme in relation to the master work programme to meet the project(s) goals
. Deal with and manage feedback and complaints from the public and tenants tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract
. Design and disseminate advance notice for works and regular updates to the public through pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authorities
. Organise engagement and outreach activities to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage
. Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary
. Prepare a monthly report to update on any feedback and complaints received and the respective actions taken in response
. Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
. Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case
. Perform site inspections, handle public concerns and issues
. To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public and tenants throughout various stages of the construction project
. Perform other public relations tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, with at least 3 years working related experience as a PRO in the construction industry.
. Resourceful, positive and able to work independently
. A team player with strong sense of responsibility
. Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), as the role requires liaising with clients who speak either language.
. Experience in building construction industry is an added advantage
