The ideal candidate will play a key role in addressing public concerns, preparing outreach materials, organizing engagement activities, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of public relations initiatives aligned with the project's master work schedule.
- Handle and resolve public inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring full support for all media and public relations matters connected to the contract.
- Create and distribute advanced work notices and project updates to the public using flyers, letters, and other communication materials approved by relevant authorities.
- Plan and facilitate outreach programs and engagement sessions with nearby residents, businesses, and stakeholders to inform them about upcoming construction phases and their impacts.
- Coordinate and attend PR-related meetings with the project team as required.
- Compile monthly reports detailing feedback received, complaints addressed, and corresponding actions taken.
- Schedule and conduct inspections for reported defects based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of public feedback and follow up until all cases are resolved.
- Conduct site visits to address public concerns and monitor ongoing issues.
- Foster strong and positive relationships with the community throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional PR-related tasks as assigned by management or superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of PR experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in commercial building projects or HDB/BTO projects is an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the building construction sector.
