- Liaising with the Client, Consultant, Site Management and Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
- Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
- Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
- Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies and any party as directed.
- Managed inquiries, feedback, and project-related complaints, following up with appropriate actions for resolution
- Handle full spectrum of project administration and oversee daily administrative tasks at the site office including drafting correspondences and attend meeting
- Assist in new project site set-up including Utility account,telephone line, PC set up and configuration
- Assist in ISO
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work under fast paced environment, and under pressure.
- Able to perform extended office hours and shift work
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin and simple Bengali as he or she need to communicate with chinese and bangladeshi workers
- Experience in public relation works would be an advantage
. Meticulous and attentive to details, positive and good working attitude, self- motivated and able to work independently/team.
