Responsible in managing and enhancing the company's image and reputation in the market through executing an array of marketing communication strategies
Organize and execute events that promotes the company's business and reputation within the construction industry, as well as key target markets
Manage media relations and handle press queries related to the project
Engage and inform stakeholders of the company's activities through a variety of marketing communications strategies, including newsletter, circulars, marketing campaigns etc
Engage with customers regularly and manage their complaints and suggestions, working with the management team to formulate the best possible solutions to address customer concerns
Handle public complaints and feedback thoroughly and promptly
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, updates, and other materials to the LTA project team
Provide materials and information for incorporation into Board's public relation campaigns (presentations, pamphlets, brochures, etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Communications/Marketing
At least 2 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in the Construction industry (LTA projects)
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
Time management skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and engage with different levels of the organization
