Liaising with the Site Management or Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners)
Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
Preparing and sending annexes, letters or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
Perform daily administrative support relating to the sites operations.
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
