Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute global PR and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning across key markets.
- Serve as a company spokesperson, managing media relations, press outreach, interviews, and major announcements.
- Own corporate social media channels and content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across PR, product, and executive communications.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, proactively managing reputational risks and crisis communications.
- Develop and manage strategic external partnerships with technology and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, growth, legal, and regional teams to support global initiatives and external alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field; overseas study or work experience is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in public relations, communications, external partnerships, or related roles, ideally within technology, internet, or B2B environments.
- Strong command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to manage professional communications and negotiations in both languages.
