Government Relations Senior Manager

Strategic & Policy Engagement

- Formulate and implement strategies aligned with the company's business priorities and public policy objectives.

- Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies, industry partners, and trade associations in Indonesia, while proactively cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

- Monitor regulatory and policy developments, providing timely and actionable insights that support business decision-making in Indonesia.

Government Affairs & External Relations

- Collaborate closely with government agencies, respond to regulatory inquiries, and prepare policy briefs as needed.

- Lead or support corporate social responsibility initiatives and engage in external speaking opportunities, including presentations to regulators, government representatives, and industry groups.

- Represent the company at meetings, media engagements, and discussions with public and private sector communication partners.

Communications & Media Support

- Contribute to global communications efforts and assist in strengthening media relations within Indonesia.

- Draft and deliver communication materials including reports, presentations, and talking points-for both internal and external audiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in government affairs, corporate communications, public relations, or other relevant fields.

- Strong research capabilities, analytical thinking, and excellent writing and presentation skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a consultative, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Full professional proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken) to communicate with external stakeholders.

- Experience in the internet technology sector are strong assets.
